The Notre Dame Fighting Irish are getting the “Hard Knocks” treatment. The Golden Domers are the subject of a new documentary TV series entitled “Here Come the Irish,” which debuts its first episode exclusively on Peacock on Thursday, Aug. 29. The show will follow the team at different points throughout the 2024 season, taking fans behind-the-scenes to see how a top college football program operates both on and off the field. The show will follow a unique release schedule, designed to allow fans to see key moments of the 2024 Notre Dame football season as they happen. The first two episodes are debuting on Thursday, Aug. 29, while episodes 3 and 4 are set to air on Thursday Dec. 5, when the Irish might be deep in the hunt for a College Football Playoff spot. The final two episodes will premiere on Jan. 16, 2025 to look back on the season as a whole.
