What you need to know about ‘The Traitors UK’
“The Traitors UK” follows the same format of the American show. Twenty-five strangers are brought together in a gorgeous castle nestled in the Scottish Highlands, with the goal of detecting a group of traitors in their midst. As the Faithful are “killed” off one by one, the survivors must piece together who the murderers in their midst really are.
Season 3 will see Claudia Winkleman return as host, and will feature unknowns competing for a prize of up to £120,000. This year’s cast will include a doctor, a beautician, an ex-British diplomat, a former soldier, and other formerly faceless individuals who have the chance to make a name for themselves.
The Traitors
Strangers play the ultimate game of detection, backstabbing and trust in the hope of winning up to £120,000. But hidden amongst the players are three Traitors, who secretly ‘murder’ a player every night. It’s up to the Faithfuls to banish them from the game before they become the next victim. If the Faithfuls eliminate all the Traitors they split the cash; but if a Traitor remains undetected to the end of the game, they take all the money.
