From Monday, Nov. 24 at 3 a.m. ET through Wednesday, Dec. 3 at 2:59 a.m. ET, Plex’s Black Friday and Cyber Monday sale will allow new users the chance to save 40% off Plex Pass. The service includes premium features such as remote streaming, DVR capabilities, and exclusive members-only content. Cord-cutters can choose from three different subscription lengths.
If they want to opt for a Lifetime Plex Pass subscription, it will cost just $150, while the annual plan will be just $42, and a monthly subscription will cost $4.19. Normally, those plans run $250, $70, and $7, respectively. This sale get the prices down to the same ballpark as they were before their price increase earlier this year.
The discount only applies to the first year or month that a new customer signs up for, as subscriptions will auto-renew at their regular prices following the selected period.
Plex personal media server users who stream via a Roku device will soon be required to have a Remote Watch Pass to access free shared personal media servers.
