Roku launch Soccer Zone, hardware-streaming bundle with Fox One
With the world’s biggest tournament kicking off next week, Roku is looking to become the center of soccer streaming.
With the 2026 FIFA World Cup set to begin next week, Roku is bringing fans one centralized hub to keep up with all of the tournament’s must-see action. The streaming platform is launching Soccer Zone, a dedicated hub that will bring together live games, real-time scores, match reminders, stats, free soccer programming, and streaming sign-up options in one location.
Key Details:
- Kickoff’s coming: With the 2026 Men’s World Cup kicking off next week, Roku announces its Soccer Zone streaming hub.
- One-stop shop: In addition to offering live games, the hub will include stats, updates, shoulder content, and the ability to sign up for streamers covering the action,
- First of its kind: Roku is partnering with Fox One to launch its first hardware and streaming service bundle for $25.
The World Cup will feature 48 teams and 104 matches running from June 11 through July 19, giving football fans hours of content to obsess over this summer. With games available on multiple platforms, and coverage available on even more, Roku is continuing to position itself at the center of the sports streaming world with the launch of Soccer Zone.
All of the World Cup games will be broadcast on Fox and FS1, and will stream on Fox One. Last week, Roku announced that users could subscribe to Fox's streaming service directly from their Roku profile, unifying it with other bills and accounts purchased through platform.
The new Roku Soccer Zone is designed to reduce the amount of time fans spend bouncing between apps and wondering where a given match is available. Viewers will be able to see soccer content available through services they already subscribe to, including FOX One and Peacock — which will carry the Spanish-language broadcasts for the tournament. For fans who are not already subscribed, they can also sign up for Peacock directly via Roku as well.
In addition to live-match discovery, Soccer Zone will include a dynamic score strip, live score updates, a stats tracker for the tournament’s top goal scorers and assist leaders, and the ability to favorite teams and opt in to mobile reminders. The hub will also feature free, ad-supported soccer programming from FAST channels such as Fox Sports and FIFA+.
Roku is also rolling out its first-ever hardware and subscription bundle in partnership with FOX One. The limited-time offer includes a Roku Streaming Stick Plus and a 30-day extended free trial of FOX One for $25, available exclusively through Roku.com while supplies last. The bundle has not yet launched, but is expected to be available ahead of the World Cup.
Soccer Zone will be available to fans in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, and the United Kingdom.
