‘Ruby Red Handed: Stealing Americas Most Famous Pair of Shoes’ limited series premiere | Hulu
This limited series tells the story of perhaps the most heinous act of larceny in Hollywood history. In August 2025, the unthinkable occurred — someone stole the famed Ruby Slippers from “The Wizard of Oz” from the Judy Garland Museum in Grand Rapids, Minnesota.
Hulu
Hulu is a video streaming service that gives access to thousands of full seasons of exclusive series, hit movies, kids shows, and Hulu Originals like “Only Murders in the Building,” and “The Handmaid’s Tale.”
This documentary tells the story of the sometimes-ridiculous tale of how the shoes were eventually tracked down, thanks to eye-witness accounts from those who were involved in the case. More than a true crime story, the series offers a fascinating look at the life and legacy of film and television icon Judy Garland, “The Wizard of Oz,” and the history of Hollywood memorabilia on and off the black market.

‘Thunderbolts*’ streaming premiere | Disney+
Marvel is all about heroes, but “Thunderbolts*” gives the MCU’s antiheroes a chance to shine. The film sees a team of Yelena Belova, Bucky Barnes, Red Guardian, Ghost, Taskmaster, and John Walker brought together, after finding themselves set up for death by the devious Valentina Allegra de Fontaine.
Forced to undertake a dangerous mission to save their own skins, each member of the team is forced to look inward — and backward — to pasts that they’d rather leave behind them. But can they come together as a real team, or will they fight amongst themselves while the world around them burns?

‘The Thursday Murder Club’ premiere | Netflix
This star-studded murder mystery film is based on the bestselling novel by Richard Osmand. The film stars Helen Mirren, Pierce Brosnan, and Ben Kingsley, with additional appearances by Tom Ellis, Jonathan Pryce, and David Tennant. There are plenty more familiar faces to see, but I won’t spoil them all.
The movie sees a group of four friends living at a retirement home for the prestigious. An ex-spy, a former psychiatrist, a past union activist, and an ex-nurse spend their days solving murders for fun, but the games end when they find themselves ensnared in a real case.
