After being annouced just a few weeks ago, both the Roku Streaming Stick and Roku Streaming Stick Plus — which offers 4K UHD — are now available for purchase at numerous retailers. These new 2025 models retail for $30 and $50, respectively, and feature an updated, streamlined design that makes them perfect for taking on the road. Both come with the Roku Voice Remote as well, allowing you to easily search for content and control your device just by using your voice. Read more about both new devices in my full Roku Streaming Stick review.

On the go streaming

While the new 2025 models from Roku don’t feature a ton of user experience improvements, the obvious benefit is their size. Both devices are the smallest Roku has offered to date, making them easy to pocket or stick in a bag when traveling, meaning you never have to be without your favorite streaming content. The included Roku Voice Remote lets you control it all, but you can opt to use the robust Roku mobile app to control the devices, letting you save even more space in your bag as you can leave the remote behind. They’re powered by a single USB-C cable, which you can easily plug into the back of most modern TVs.

Available now

Both devices are available now at all of your favorite retailers. The base model Roku Streaming Stick retails for $30, and the upgraded Roku Streaming Stick Plus, which offers 4K UHD, is $40. You can read all about them in my full review.
