DIRECTV offers subscribers a pretty great deal on Peacock. Customers can now add the Movies Extra pack bundled with Peacock to their Signature channel packages, paying a total of $10 per month for Peacock and eight additional movie and entertainment channels. The price tag comes in at $1 per month less than a subscriber would pay for Peacock by itself, and now customers who get their Peacock subscription through DIRECTV get an extra benefit from the bundle: a new series of Peacock Games channels that broadcast sports from the streamer through the DIRECTV app.

As many as five Peacock Games channels will soon be available on DIRECTV, and are rolling out to customers even now. The launch of these channels follows on the heels of the release of seven ESPN+ channels, giving DIRECTV customers more access to sports that are exclusively available digitally.

Peacock Games channels are available to all customers who subscribe to the streamer through DIRECTV. The channels will offer English Premier League soccer, Big Ten and Big East basketball games found otherwise exclusively on Peacock, and their inventory could expand in the future.

NBC Sports will carry the upcoming Super Bowl LX, the 2026 Winter Olympics from Milan and Cortina, and will continue to host NBA games and much more in the coming months. Having access to all these college basketball and Premier League games through the DIRECTV channel guide will be highly convenient for customers of the pay-TV distributor.

The new channels will be found immediately after channel 619 in the guide, and are available to both satellite and streaming customers of DIRECTV. If you don’t see all Peacock Games channels in your guide yet, they will be rolling out in the coming days, so long as you subscribe to Peacock through DIRECTV.

The Peacock Games channels will offer a small portion of the same content as the new NBC Sports Network, which launched in November. That channel also re-broadcasts exclusive sports events on Peacock, and its mix also includes Big East and Big Ten basketball, as well as Premier League games from time to time. It is not yet available on DIRECTV packages, but it could well be at some point in the future. NBC Sports also offers a selection of other live and shoulder content that isn’t available on Peacock Games channels, so viewers will definitely have a different watching experience with that channel if and when it does come to DIRECTV.
