Direct BritBox subscriptions
- Open the BritBox website and sign in.
- Click your profile icon, then My Account.
- Scroll to Plan & Billing.
- Click Cancel Subscription, and confirm.
How to cancel a BritBox subscription through Prime Video
If you signed up for BritBox through the Prime Video Subscriptions platform, you will have to cancel though Prime Video, as well.
- Log in to your Prime Video account.
- Locate your profile icon, and click Account & Settings in the drop-down menu.
- Click the Subscriptions tab.
- Find BritBox, and click the cancel button.
How to cancel a BritBox subscription through Roku
Roku also has a supplementary subscription platform with dozens of top streaming services available, including BritBox. If you signed up for BritBox through Roku, that’s how you have to cancel.
- Sign in to your Roku account, and head to your Subscriptions page.
- Locate BritBox.
- Cancel your subscription.
Cancel BritBox through Apple
If you subscribed to BritBox through Apple’s App Store, cancelling is an easy process.
To cancel a BritBox subscription made through Apple on a computer:
- Open the App Store and make sure you’re signed in with your Apple ID
- Click on your name in the bottom left corner of the screen.
- Click on Account Settings at the top of the screen.
- On the Account Information screen, scroll to the Manage section.
- To the right of Subscriptions, select Manage.
- To the right of the BritBox subscription, click Edit
- Select Cancel Subscription from the bottom of the page.
- Select Confirm.
You can also cancel using an iPhone or iPad with the following instructions:
- Open the Settings app.
- Scroll to Subscriptions.
- Choose BritBox.
- Tap Cancel Subscription, then Confirm.
How to cancel a BritBox subscription billed through Google
Finally, if your BritBox subscription is billed via Google Play, you can cancel using the following instructions:
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Click your profile icon.
- Choose Payments & subscriptions.
- Find BritBox and cancel your subscription.
When do you lose access to BritBox after canceling?
Once you cancel your BritBox subscription, you have until the end of your current billing cycle to continue watching the service. You won’t be locked out right away, but you will lose access to the streamer once the end of your billing cycle rolls around.
