Here’s how to stream Super Bowl LX in 4K
We’ll run through all the methods available to stream the Super Bowl in 4K this year — and how much it will cost.
With Super Bowl LX between the Seattle Seahawks and New England Patriots being broadcast on NBC this year, many fans naturally had questions about whether they’d be able to stream the Big Game in 4K. NBC has offered some live events in 4K in the past, but not nearly as many as Fox, which regularly broadcasts NFL games and other sports in Ultra-High-Definition.
In late January, however, NBC announced that it would be going 4K all day on Feb. 8 for both the Super Bowl and its Olympics coverage that day. Not every live TV streamer that carries NBC will offer 4K coverage, however, so our experts will let you know which services will carry Super Bowl LX in Ultra-High-Definition.
How to watch Super Bowl LX in 4K
Add 4K to YouTube TV for $10 per month
YouTube TV is offering new subscribers a 21-day free trial, as well as $23 off each of their first two months of service at the moment. That lowers the price of YouTube TV to just $60 for two months, and it carries NBC in its base package in essentially all major TV markets in the United States.
You will have to purchase the 4K Plus add-on for $10 per month with YouTube TV to watch Super Bowl LX in 4K. However, this add-on includes additional features, including unlimited simultaneous streams on your YouTube TV account within the same household and the ability to watch DVR recordings offline on mobile devices.
YouTube TV
YouTube TV is a live TV streaming service with more than 60 channels for $82.99/month. This plan includes local channels 32 of the top 35 cable channels, and regional sports networks (RSNs) in select markets. The base plan includes more than 100 live channels, including major broadcast networks like ABC, CBS, FOX, and NBC, as well as popular cable channels such as ESPN, CNN, FX, USA Network, and TNT. Local channels are included in most markets, making YouTube TV a full replacement for traditional cable for many viewers.
Watch with DIRECTV Genre or Signature packs
DIRECTV offers 4K content from programmers at no additional cost, both with its Signature channel packages and its Genre Packs. NBC is available in all DIRECTV Signature channel plans, starting with the ENTERTAINMENT package at $90 per month and increasing in price and channel count from there.
NBC can also be found in DIRECTV’s MyNews and MySports Genre Packs. MyNews offers 10+ cable and broadcast channels, all offering live news programming for $40 per month. MySports offers 20+ sports networks for $70, and both include 4K programming at no extra charge.
DIRECTV
DIRECTV is one of The Streamable’s top choices for the best live TV streaming service overall in 2026, especially for users who want the most channels or want to watch the most live sports. With an unbeatable lineup of local, news, sports, and entertainment channels, three main signature packages, an unlimited DVR, and 20 simultaneous streams at home, DIRECTV remains a premier choice for any cord-cutter.
Stream in select markets with Sling TV
Sling TV only carries NBC in a handful of markets, and there is an extra fee associated with the base price of either the Sling Blue or Sling Select package, which can raise the price to either $55 per month for Sling Blue or $30 per month for Sling Select. These are the only plans that carry NBC in available markets, but if you live in an area where Sling offers NBC, you can watch Super Bowl LX in 4K at no additional charge.
Sling TV
Sling TV is The Streamable’s choice for cord-cutters on a budget. Sling is a live TV streaming service with multiple channel packages. The $45.99/month Sling Orange plan offers about 30 channels, including Disney Channel and ESPN. The $45.99/month Sling Blue plan offers about 40 channels, including ABC, Fox, and NBC in major markets.
You can combine Orange+Blue for a total of $60.99 / month. Sling also offers many channel add-on packages starting at $6/month.
