About the 2025 NBA Eastern Conference Finals
The New York Knicks entered the 2025 NBA Playoffs as the No. 3 seed and have defeated the Detroit Pistons and the Boston Celtics to reach the Eastern Conference Finals. Jalen Brunson and Karl-Anthony Towns have led the Knicks on their dance through the postseason so far, and beating the defending-champion Celtics was a particularly sweet moment for Knicks fans who haven’t had much hardware to celebrate in recent decades.
The Pacers came into the playoffs as the fourth overall seed, taking down the Milwaukee Bucks and the top-seeded Cleveland Cavaliers to make it into the East Finals. Tyrese Haliburton is the engine that makes the Pacers go, but Pascal Siakam is averaging almost 20 points per game this postseason. It should prove to be a highly entertaining series featuring plenty of star power if both teams stay healthy.
