Monumental Sports Network Adds Live Old Glory DC Rugby Matches for 2024 Season
Viewers will be able to watch more than a dozen Old Glory DC rugby matches on Monumental Sports Network thanks to the new partnership.
Monumental Sports Network and the Monumental Sports Network App are about to get access to a brand-new sport. As announced on Wednesday, Feb. 28, Monumental Sports Network will host 13 matches from Major League Rugby’s Old Glory DC rugby squad.

- The games will be available to watch on linear cable, as well as through the on-demand Monumental Sports Network App.
- Monumental Sports Network carries NBA, WNBA, and NHL contests, as well as some local high school and college sports.
Old Glory DC is coming off its first postseason appearance in franchise history in 2023, and it will certainly be looking to improve on that finish this season. The team is scheduled to play 16 regular season games in 2024, and 13 of those contests will appear on the Monumental Sports Network.

The 13-game slate of Old Glory matches on MSN will begin this Saturday, March 2 with the team’s season opener. It will continue through June when the club’s regular season is scheduled to end. The release announcing Monumental’s deal with the team does not indicate whether or not it will offer any playoff games should Old Glory advance to the postseason once again.

What Are All the Ways to Watch Monumental Sports Network?
Fans who live in and around Washington, D.C. can watch Monumental Sports Network through several different methods. Getting the network through a cable plan is the most traditional way to watch, and fans who get Monumental Sports Network as a part of their pay-TV subscription can also log into the network’s website using TV Everywhere credentials.
The network also launched a direct-to-consumer (DTC) streaming app in October, allowing cord cutters to watch the channel for $19.99 per month without needing a cable subscription. Fans can watch everything on the linear Monumental Sports Network channel with the app, and enjoy various different camera angles and slow-motion rewinds while streaming.
In addition to Old Glory DC matches, Monumental Sports Network carries games from the Washington Capitals of the NHL, the NBA’s Washington Wizards, and the WNBA’s Washington Mystics. The streamer has also carried basketball games from local colleges and high schools.
