Enjoy Spooky Content from Disney+ Thanks to Xfinity’s Free This Week Program!

Another week has brought another selection of new, free streaming content for Xfinity TV and broadband customers.

One of the biggest consequences streaming providers face from raising prices is potentially turning off viewers who hadn’t subscribed yet, but were curious about what that service had to offer. Disney is likely going through this problem to some degree right now, as it rolled out price increases for all of its streaming services on Oct. 12.

  • Disney+ content will be available at no cost for Xfinity TV and internet customers this week.
  • Users can watch titles like ‘Werewolf by Night,’ the new ‘Goosebumps’ series and more.
  • Xfinity offers customers access to a new cable channel or streaming platform every week as part of its ‘Free This Week’ promotion.

Have a Spooky Halloween Week on Xfinity!

As of the time of this writing, Halloween is still over a week away. But Xfinity doesn’t think you should have to wait that long to settle into Spooky Season, and it’s got a fantastic way for subscribers to its TV and internet plans to immerse themselves in the Halloween vibes all week long.

As part of its “Free This Week” program for broadband and TV subscribers, Xfinity is offering free access to a selection of content from Disney+. Users will be able to stream holiday-themed titles from the service like “Werewolf by Night,” “Muppets Haunted Mansion,” the brand-new “Goosebumps” series featuring Justin Long, and more. Users can find Free This Week content via the Xfinity Flex or X1 devices, or on the Xfinity Stream app.

What Else Does Xfinity Free This Week Have to Offer?

If you’re an Xfinity TV or internet customer who has never given Free This Week content a try, you’re only depriving yourself. The company has been giving its users free content from premium cable channels and streaming platforms every week since the beginning of 2023, and it doesn’t look like the program is due to end any time soon.

Past Free This Week participants include AMC+, STARZ, Apple TV+ and most recently MGM+. There’s simply no reason not to try the free TV and movies you get every week as part of this Xfinity program if you’re a user, so check it out today!
