Peacock officially launches multiview for English Premier League matches

Viewers can watch up to four EPL games at once using Peacock’s multiview function.

English Premier League soccer is available to watch with Peacock's multiview feature as of Dec. 4

There’s a new way to watch one of the world’s most prestigious soccer leagues on Peacock. The streaming service has announced that as of Tuesday, Dec. 4, it would be rolling out the multiview feature it launched in full ahead of the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris for English Premier League soccer matches. The multiview experience is just the latest improvement Peacock has made to its EPL streaming arrangements, and it will allow fans to take in more live soccer in a single time slot than ever before.

  • Multiview will be available every match week until the end of the EPL season next May.

During match weeks, Peacock’s multiview will allow fans to watch up to four EPL games at the same time. Peacock’s first Premier League Multiview will feature the four matches at 2:30 p.m. ET, including Everton v. Wolves, Man City v. Nottingham Forest, Newcastle v. Liverpool, and Southampton v. Chelsea.

Multiview will be available during each match week of the 2024-25 season. Championship Sunday in May will be an especially big multiview day for the streamer, with two multiviews covering the top eight matches of the day. It’s the perfect way to take in as much soccer as possible from one of the most recognized leagues around the globe.

In addition to the ability to watch multiple EPL games, Peacock’s multiview will let subscribers move between the screens in order to switch the audio, and click through to watch one match full screen and dive deeper into the action. It’s a versatile feature and the superior way to consume the high-octane play of the EPL. NBC Sports president Rick Cordella first teased that multiview would be expanded to EPL matches in August.

EPL fans can sign up to stream games using multiview on Peacock for as little as $8 per month, or $80 per year using the ad-supported Premium plan. Customers can also upgrade to Peacock Premium Plus for $14 per month or $140 per year if they want to cut out the commercials during playback.
