Samsung TV Plus is adding to its already-impressive lineup of sports channels.

Samsung TV Plus isn’t showing any signs of slowing down. Its parent company declared the service the top free streamer in the United States earlier in April, thanks to the nearly 700 channels it carries. That channel count is growing even more this week, with Samsung’s announcement that it was adding new sports channels to its free ad-supported streamer.

Key Details:

  • Start your engines!: Samsung TV Plus has added the NASCAR FAST channel and the Roku Sports Channel.
  • Stars in their courses: The service is also adding a channel that will let Dallas Stars fans watch games for free next season.
  • No need to Duck: The Anaheim Ducks’ free streaming channel joined Samsung TV Plus in time for the 2024-25 season.

Samsung TV Plus is making some major expansions to its live sports lineup. The streamer is adding the Roku Sports Channel, which features live MLB games on Sunday mornings, Formula E races, X Games events, and more, as well as sports talk programming.

The streamer is also introducing the NASCAR channel, which comes with race replays. news, original programming, and more motorsports content. There are no live races on the NASCAR channel, but it’s still a great way for racing fans to get more of the sport they love.

The Victory+ Anaheim Channel first rolled out on Samsung TV Plus during the 2024-25 season, and it will soon be joined by the Victory+ Dallas Channel. Victory+ Dallas will allow Dallas Stars fans to watch live games at no cost starting in the 2025-26 regular season, just as Anaheim Ducks fans were able to do last year.

Finally, Samsung TV Plus has introduced the PBR RidePass channel, with live and on-demand action from the Professional Bull Riders series. Events available include the Unleash the Beast Tour, PBR Team Series, Ultimate Bull Fighting, rodeo, and original programming.

“We’re tearing down the paywalls that have kept fans from the sports they love,” Samsung TV Plus SVP Salek Brodsky said. “By teaming up with top leagues and bringing live games and iconic moments to our platform, we’re giving every fan a front-row seat.”

The additions are just the latest sports channels to debut on Samsung TV Plus. It also features the NESN Nation channel and is constantly augmenting its programming with more choices to let audiences have access to their favorite sports at no cost. The streamer now has more than 50 sports channel options to offer.
