Leading this quirky crew is Frank, a sharp-tongued and eccentric officer. Despite his lack of formal education, Frank possesses an unparalleled understanding of animals. His past as a cop, marked by an attempt to expose corruption that ultimately led to his dismissal, has left him cynical.
