About It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia

In the heart of Philadelphia, four outrageously self-centered friends stumble through adulthood, managing a struggling Irish pub. Their harebrained schemes and questionable ethics lead to a constant stream of chaos and comedic disasters. Each episode plunges them into increasingly absurd situations, fueled by their inflated egos and complete lack of self-awareness. Watch as their warped perspectives on the world lead them down a path of hilarious misadventures, creating uncomfortable scenarios that spiral out of control before, hopefully, finding some semblance of resolution. This is a dark comedy about the worst aspects of humanity amplified for maximum comedic effect.

Cast and Characters

It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia is the brainchild of creator Rob McElhenney, who also stars as Mac, the intensely patriotic and religiously devout member of the gang. The ensemble cast includes Charlie Day as Charlie Kelly, the illiterate and volatile janitor, and Glenn Howerton as Dennis Reynolds, the narcissistic and sociopathic bartender. Kaitlin Olson portrays Dee Reynolds, Dennis's twin sister, an aspiring actress with delusions of grandeur, often the target of the gang's abuse. Rounding out the group is Danny DeVito as Frank Reynolds, Dennis and Dee's adoptive father, a filthy rich and morally bankrupt businessman. Each actor brings a unique comedic sensibility to their role, contributing to the show's unparalleled chemistry.

How to stream with ExpressVPN

A VPN (Virtual Private Network) is an app that encrypts your internet connection and masks your IP address, allowing you to stream securely and bypass restrictions.

Why Use a VPN for Streaming?

- Bypass Geo-Restrictions: Many streaming services are geographically restricted. If you’re traveling outside the U.S., a VPN can make it appear as if you’re still in the country, giving you access to your subscriptions.
