About Sheriff Country
Mickey Fox serves as the dedicated sheriff of Edgewater, navigating the complex web of criminal behavior that threatens her community while maintaining order on the local streets. Her professional resolve is constantly tested by a fractured home life, specifically through her difficult interactions with her ex-con father who remains a shadow over her career. Simultaneously, Mickey must confront the fallout of a cryptic and unsettling incident involving her estranged daughter, adding layers of personal stakes to her official duties. This compelling narrative weaves together the pressures of rural law enforcement with the haunting legacy of family secrets, forcing the sheriff to balance her pursuit of justice with the heavy burden of her past. As she patrols the rugged terrain, the line between her duty to the badge and her loyalty to her kin becomes increasingly blurred, creating a high-pressure environment where every decision carries life-altering consequences for her and the citizens she protects.
