How to stream the 2026 FIFA World Cup in Spanish
There are a number of live TV streaming services that carry both Telemundo and Universo in various channel packages, along with one traditionally on-demand streamer that will carry games. Many of these services offer Spanish-language plans that come in at a much lower price point than standard all-in-one plans, making them excellent choices to watch the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
Peacock
The cheapest and easiest option to stream the World Cup in Spanish will be with Peacock. The NBCUniversal service will stream all 104 matches from the 2026 FIFA World Cup live in Spanish, with on-demand replays available. The streamer will surround the World Cup with coverage, including Spanish-language studio shows, with highlights and analysis of each match, as well as a multiview to cover games with simultaneous start times. Features like Catch Up with Key Plays, Can’t Miss Highlights, Live Picks, and Trivia are also available on Peacock.
Viewers can find all live sports on Peacock with a subscription to the service’s Premium tier. It’s an ad-supported plan that costs $11 per month or $110 per year; fans can also watch the World Cup in Spanish and other sports on Peacock with the ad-free Premium Plus tier for $17 per month.
Peacock
Peacock is a subscription video streaming service from NBCUniversal that includes original shows, blockbuster movies, and classic television series. Peacock is home to “Yellowstone,” “The Office,” and original hits like “Poker Face” and “Bel-Air.” You can also watch live sports and NBC programming, including the NFL, MLB, WWE, the Olympics, the Premier League, NASCAR, the French Open, college football and basketball, and the PGA Tour. Premium Plus subscribers can stream their local NBC feed in all 210 markets.
DIRECTV
DIRECTV carries Telemundo in 100% of its Signature channel packages, starting with the ENTERTAINMENT package (normally $90 per month, discounted to $60 for a new customer’s first month). But Universo isn’t quite as easy to find in DIRECTV Signature plans; the channel is only available in the Ultimate and Premier packages, each costing over $100 per month with no discounts.
We recommend watching the 2026 FIFA World Cup with DIRECTV’s MiEspañol Genre Pack. This comes with 60+ channels, including Telemundo and Universo, as well as a ViX subscription. It normally costs $35 per month, but is discounted to $30 for a new customer’s first two months for a limited time. All DIRECTV streaming packages come with a five-day free trial for new subscribers.
DIRECTV
DIRECTV is one of The Streamable’s top choices for the best live TV streaming service overall in 2026, especially for users who want the most channels or want to watch the most live sports. With an unbeatable lineup of local, news, sports, and entertainment channels, three main signature packages, an unlimited DVR, and 20 simultaneous streams at home, DIRECTV remains a premier choice for any cord-cutter.
Fubo
Thanks to a carriage dispute between NBCU and Fubo that had gone on since November, it appeared that viewers would not be able to watch Spanish-language World Cup broadcasts on the streamer. But a new deal between the two sides was reached just hours before the World Cup was set to kick off.
Customers can watch Telemundo and Universo in the Fubo Latino plan, costing $15 per month normally. Telemundo is also available in Fubo’s English-language plans (besides the Fubo Sports genre plan), and Universo is found in the Spanish-language Latino Plus add-on package and English-language Extra package, as well.
Fubo
Fubo is a live TV streaming service offering a robust lineup of approximately 150 premier channels, with plans starting at $63.99 per month. This entry-level package provides access to local broadcast affiliates 18 of the leading 35 cable channels channels, and valuable regional sports networks (RSNs).
Hulu + Live TV
Hulu + Live TV may not be the ideal choice to watch the 2026 FIFA World Cup, but it is an option for fans who want to watch every game. Telemundo is included in the Hulu + Live TV base package, which includes 90+ channels overall.
To get Universo, however, viewers will need the Español Networks add-on pack, which costs $5 per month on top of a $90-per-month Hulu + Live TV base plan. The streamer costs $90 per month for packages that include Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN Unlimited access.
Hulu Live TV
Hulu Live TV is a live TV streaming service with more than 70 channels for $89.99 per month. Hulu + Live TV base plan includes local channels 32 of the top 35 cable channels, and regional sports networks (RSNs). Subscribers get free access to Disney+ and ESPN Select at no extra charge.
Sling TV
While Universo is available with Sling TV, the streamer does not carry Telemundo in any markets or packages. Viewers with an antenna can watch Universo in Sling’s Latino package for $10 per month and receive Telemundo over-the-air with no subscription fees.
Sling TV
Sling TV is The Streamable’s choice for cord-cutters on a budget. Sling is a live TV streaming service with multiple channel packages. The $45.99/month Sling Orange plan offers about 30 channels, including Disney Channel and ESPN. The $45.99/month Sling Blue plan offers about 40 channels, including ABC, Fox, and NBC in major markets.
You can combine Orange+Blue for a total of $60.99 / month. Sling also offers many channel add-on packages starting at $6/month.
YouTube TV
There are a couple of ways to get both Telemundo and Universo with YouTube TV. Telemundo is available in the streamer’s base package, which is now discounted to $68 per month for a new subscriber’s first three months of service. This plan also comes with a free trial of up to 21 days, but viewers will need to add the Spanish Plus add-on for an additional $15 monthly to get Universo.
Alternatively, customers can opt for the YouTube TV Spanish plan, which costs $35 per month and includes both Telemundo and Universo. This is the way to go for budget-minded soccer fans who want to stream the 2026 FIFA World Cup with YouTube TV.
YouTube TV
YouTube TV is a live TV streaming service with more than 60 channels for $82.99/month. This plan includes local channels 32 of the top 35 cable channels, and regional sports networks (RSNs) in select markets. The base plan includes more than 100 live channels, including major broadcast networks like ABC, CBS, FOX, and NBC, as well as popular cable channels such as ESPN, CNN, FX, USA Network, and TNT. Local channels are included in most markets, making YouTube TV a full replacement for traditional cable for many viewers.
