Here is how you can catch all the action from MLB All-Star Weekend
All the festivities start on Saturday with the 2026 MLB draft.
As the 2026 Midsummer Classic approaches, MLB All-Star Weekend starts on Saturday, July 11, at 1 p.m. ET with the 2026 MLB Draft on NBC and Peacock. That will be followed on Sunday, July 12, with the All-Star Futures Game getting underway at 12 noon ET again on NBC and Peacock. That will be followed at 3 p.m. ET with MLBx, a new 3-on-3 co-ed baseball competition, on Peacock and NBCSN. While there are a number of live TV streaming services that will carry both of the linear channels covering MLB All-Star Weekend, we recommend watching with a subscription to Peacock.

Everything you need to know about the 2026 MLB All-Star Weekend
Why watch the 2026 MLB All-Star Weekend with Peacock?
You can watch the events from this year’s MLB All-Star Weekend on NBC and NBC Sports Network on multiple live TV streaming services, but Peacock is the simplest way to go. Since NBCSN is carried almost exclusively on higher-priced specialty packages, while there are some free trials available (more on that below), going with Peacock is going to be cheap, and avoids the possibility of forgetting to cancel and being charged for an expensive month you didn’t want in the first place.
In addition to the All-Star Weekend, the NBCUniversal streaming service has a great selection of top sports, including English Premier League soccer, MLB regular season and playoff games, NFL, college football, and NBA games during the fall, major horse races, and more. Viewers can watch Peacock’s full sports complement with a subscription to Peacock’s Premium plan, costing $11 per month.
Peacock
Peacock is a subscription video streaming service from NBCUniversal that includes original shows, blockbuster movies, and classic television series. Peacock is home to “Yellowstone,” “The Office,” and original hits like “Poker Face” and “Bel-Air.” You can also watch live sports and NBC programming, including the NFL, MLB, WWE, the Olympics, the Premier League, NASCAR, the French Open, college football and basketball, and the PGA Tour. Premium Plus subscribers can stream their local NBC feed in all 210 markets.
Can you watch the 2026 MLB All-Star Weekend for free?
Unfortunately, Peacock does not offer a free trial to new or returning customers. The streamer’s Premium plan is the cheapest way to watch live sports on Peacock, but viewers can also upgrade to mostly ad-free streaming on the Premium Plus plan for $17 per month.
However, there are some services that will allow you to watch at least part of the weekend’s festivities for free. So, depending on if you want to watch one, two, or all three of the weekend’s events, DIRECTV, Fubo, Hulu + Live TV, and YouTube TV all offer trials of varying lengths that will provide access to some or all of the festivities. DIRECTV’s industry-leading trial runs for five days will cover all of the action, while Hulu + Live TV’s solid three-day trial will miss out on MLBx.
Those are pretty straightforward, but when it comes to the sports-minded streamer Fubo, things can get a little complicated. As The Streamable’s expert David Satin discovered when signing up for the services, figuring out how long Fubo’s trial is — even as you are signing up — can be a bit difficult. Nonetheless, it will be at least one day, with the potential to be as many as seven, depending on a wide range of factors that Fubo does not share publicly. Fubo also does not carry NBCSN, so you won’t get access to everything with that option.
The YouTube TV trial is said to be “up to three weeks,” but can be as short as two days. So it is difficult to ascertain what you are actually getting before you go through the signup process.
If you are looking to watch one match for free, I would recommend DIRECTV, because the streamer has the longest guaranteed free trial and gives you the best channel options.

What other streamers will carry the 2026 MLB All-Star Weekend?
In addition to Peacock and all of the live TV streaming services with free trials, you can also watch the festivities on Sling TV in some markets. NBC is only carried by Sling in 11 markets across the country, so before you sign up, make sure you are in one of the regions with access to the channel. However, if you are, Sling TV offers the cheapest monthly rate to stream both NBC and NBCSN. So, if you are looking for more than just the MLB All-Star Weekend, it is a solid option.
