Now, viewers can learn more about Anka’s life and career in “Paul Anka: His Way.”
The film reveals Anka to be the artistic force behind a wide range of surprising hits and genres, from the theme for NBC’s “The Tonight Show” to the iconic hit “My Way.” As new musicians emerged over the years and threatened to eclipse his career, Anka has continued to evolve his sound and style to keep up with the tastes of the day.

‘Hard Knocks: In Season with the NFC East’ season premiere | HBO Max
Those who took advantage of HBO Max’s Black Friday deal will get their money’s worth this week. “Hard Knocks: In Season” takes NFL fans inside the locker rooms and front offices of all four teams in a given division while the season rolls along, giving them a view of the action they won’t see anywhere else.

There will be plenty of compelling drama and action to follow on and off the field, and no football fan will want to miss it!

‘Oh. What. Fun.’ original movie premiere | Prime Video
Prime Video seems to have quite the touch with original holiday movies, and with a cast featuring the likes of Michelle Pfeiffer, Felicity Jones, Denis Leary, Jason Schwartzman, and Eva Longoria, “Oh. What. Fun.” seems destined to be the next hit from the streamer.
The movie follows Claire Clauster (Pfeiffer), who goes to the trouble of planning a special holiday outing for her family, only to be left at home. She sets off on an impromptu adventure of her own, all while the family scrambles to figure out where exactly she went — and if she’ll ever forgive them!

‘The First Snow of Fraggle Rock’ premiere | Apple TV
The Fraggles eagerly await the first snow of the season and all the traditions it brings, but when only a single snowflake arrives, and Gobo can’t write the yearly holiday song everyone is expecting, the season is thrown off course. For the first time ever, Gobo journeys to the human world — or, as the Fraggles refer to it: Outer Space — to find some unexpected musical inspiration.
Apple TV
Apple TV (formerly known as Apple TV+) is a subscription video streaming service for $14.99 per month, offering a growing slate of original series, films, documentaries, and specials. Unlike other platforms that combine licensed titles with originals, Apple TV is built entirely around exclusive programming, making it the home of critically acclaimed hits such as “Ted Lasso,” “Severance,” “The Morning Show,” and “Silo.” Its lineup continues to expand with award-winning dramas, comedies, family-friendly shows, and blockbuster original films like “CODA,” which won the Academy Award for Best Picture.
And in another first, back at the Gorgs’ castle, Junior is overwhelmed by the arrival of a new baby Gorg joining the family. This holiday season, the Fraggles and Gorgs learn that beautiful moments aren’t always perfect — but they can be as unique and memorable as snowflakes.
Saturday, Dec. 6
‘She's Making a List’ original movie premiere | Hallmark Channel, watch with a three-day free trial of Hulu + Live TV.
Seven years after “My Secret Valentine” — the only time they’ve shared the screen — Lacey Chabert and Andrew Walker reunite in “She’s Making a List.” When a Naughty or Nice inspector (Chabert) investigating a case unexpectedly falls for the child’s father (Walker), things get complicated.
As an officially licensed Naughty or Nice inspector, Isabel Haynes knows she has a job to do. But with the holidays fast approaching and her feelings becoming more and more unclear by the day, Haynes has to decide whether or not to follow the algorithm or to follow her heart.
Sunday, Dec. 7
‘Sunday Night Football,’ Houston Texans vs. Kansas City Chiefs | NBC, stream with a five-day free trial of DIRECTV or Peacock
There are actually a number of good NFL matchups on Sunday, but I’m singling out this one as the must-watch game of the day. After starting 0-3, the Houston Texans are following a fierce defense back into the thick of the playoff conversation, and they have the chance to kick Kansas City almost entirely out of that conversation.
Peacock
Peacock is a subscription video streaming service from NBCUniversal that includes original shows, blockbuster movies, and classic television series. Peacock is home to “Yellowstone,” “The Office,” and original hits like “Poker Face” and “Bel-Air.” You can also watch live sports and NBC programming, including the NFL, MLB, WWE, the Olympics, the Premier League, NASCAR, the French Open, college football and basketball, and the PGA Tour. Premium Plus subscribers can stream their local NBC feed in all 210 markets.
Not only do the Chiefs have a scant chance to reclaim the AFC West divisional crown that has been theirs for nearly a decade, but they face an uphill climb to reach the postseason at all. Will the Texans put the final nail in their coffin, or will a magical comeback season that will be talked about for ages start on Sunday night?
