‘Hoppers’ streaming premiere | Disney+
If your kids are already hopping off the walls this summer break, a new debut on Disney+ is here to save the day. Back in March, we predicted that Disney+ would get “Hoppers” on June 17, but the studio just couldn’t wait that long to bring the movie to audiences.
“Hoppers” takes place in a world where scientists have learned how to transfer human consciousness into lifelike robotic animals, a process known as “hopping.” An animal lover like Mabel can’t resist the chance to hop for herself, diving into a world she could only imagine previously.

Stanley Cup Final Game 1 | ABC, watch with a five-day free trial of DIRECTV
There’s nothing better than the fast-skating, hard-hitting nature of playoff hockey, and it’s all come down to this. The Carolina Hurricanes will be the Eastern Conference’s representative in the series, having been the conference’s bully club all regular season, and seemed to muscle their way through the playoffs with ease.
DIRECTV
DIRECTV is one of The Streamable’s top choices for the best live TV streaming service overall in 2026, especially for users who want the most channels or want to watch the most live sports. With an unbeatable lineup of local, news, sports, and entertainment channels, three main signature packages, an unlimited DVR, and 20 simultaneous streams at home, DIRECTV remains a premier choice for any cord-cutter.
I’ll be rooting for them against the Vegas Golden Knights, who will represent the Western Conference in the Finals series. I’m still pretty bitter over the Knights’ sweep of my beloved Colorado Avalanche in the Western Conference Finals, but there’s no denying they earned their place in the Final series.
Friday, June 5
‘Cape Fear’ limited series premiere | Apple TV
Apple TV is bringing its signature style to the 1991 movie “Cape Fear,” directed by Martin Scorsese and featuring Robert De Niro, Nick Nolte, and Jessica Lange. That movie was itself a remake of a 1962 film starring Gregory Peck and Robert Mitchum, and all three titles are adaptations of John D. MacDonald’s 1957 novel “The Executioners.”
Apple TV’s version stars Javier Bardem as Max Cady, a vicious ex-convict who is about to be released from prison. His sights are set on revenge against Tom and Anna Bowden (Patrick Wilson and Amy Adams), the married couple who helped put him in prison so many years ago.
Saturday, June 6
‘The Greek Aisle’ original movie premiere | Hallmark Channel, watch with a subscription to Philo
If summer has arrived a little sooner than you anticipated, and you haven’t saved up enough for that European dream vacation you keep swearing you’ll get to, let the Hallmark Channel book your adventure to the romantic confines of Greece.

‘Interview with the Vampire’ Season 3 premiere | AMC+
Anne Rice fans have been waiting for Season 3 of “Interview with the Vampire” — subtitled “The Vampire Lestat” — for two years, and it’s finally arrived. But this season won’t focus on Louis de Pointe du Lac’s journey through the world of the undead, but on the object of his obsession: the charismatic, rock star vampire Lestat De Lioncourt.
This season, Lestat goes on tour while being haunted by “muses” from his past. As the band’s popularity grows, so does Lestat’s influence over vampires & humans alike, leaving others to contend with Lestat’s power in the face of the Great Conversion.
