What will it cost to stream every 2025 NFL game?
Streaming-only customers are getting more and more access to the NFL. But that doesn’t mean it’s getting any cheaper to watch.
With the 2025 NFL schedule now officially released, it’s time to start thinking about how fans will watch games. There will be streaming-exclusive NFL contests once again in 2025, and international games will take the league to Brazil, Ireland, Germany, Spain, and the United Kingdom.
The Streamable knows it’s getting harder and more confusing to watch every game, and we’re here to help. We’ll break down the cheapest way to stream every single game of the 2025 NFL season below, so you have all the help we can provide in determining the best way to watch.

Which linear channels will carry NFL games in 2025?
The NFL will play its Sunday afternoon packages on CBS and Fox, with “Sunday Night Football” appearing on NBC, and “Monday Night Football” playing on ABC, ESPN, or a combination of the two. Peyton and Eli Manning’s “ManningCast” is available on ESPN2 during select “MNF” games, and international contests are shown on NFL Network.

Which streamers will carry NFL games in 2025?
This list is longer than ever before. The NFL will play all of its “Thursday Night Football” games, the Black Friday game, and the Christmas Day nightcap on Prime Video, and all games appearing on CBS will be shown on Paramount+ in local markets. Peacock will carry all “SNF” games plus an exclusive game, while any “MNF” contests will stream on the new ESPN service. ESPN+ — which will essentially become a channel inside the forthcoming ESPN streamer — will get an exclusive game between the Seattle Seahawks and Houston Texans.
Netflix will get two Christmas Day games again this year, and the league’s game in Brazil will stream for free on YouTube. All out-of-market games on Sunday afternoons are coming to NFL Sunday Ticket once again, and NFL+ will stream in-market contests and all nationally-televised games — if you’re willing to watch on a mobile device. Finally, the new Fox streaming service Fox One will carry Sunday afternoon contests appearing on that channel.
How much will it cost to stream in-market games?
Unfortunately, since we don’t know the cost of Fox One quite yet, it’s hard to say for sure whether it will be cheaper to assemble a package of streaming services or to go with a live TV streaming service to watch all games appearing on linear channels.
Let’s assume for the sake of this exercise that the price of Fox One comes in at $25-$30 per month, the cost that ESPN’s new streaming service was rumored to carry before being officially confirmed at $30. If that’s the case, a combination of ESPN ($30), Fox One ($30), Paramount+ ($8), Peacock ($8), and Prime Video ($9) alone climbs to $85 per month, and there are still more streamers you’d have to stack on top of those to watch every game. So, a live TV streamer is probably the best option as opposed to grouping all those on-demand services together.
Which live TV streaming service is cheapest to watch in-market NFL games?
You can go with either Hulu + Live TV or YouTube TV here, as both services cost $83 per month. You’ll need six months of each service to watch all the way through February, when Super Bowl LX will be played. That comes out to $498 to get access to ABC, CBS, ESPN, ESPN2, Fox, NBC, and NFL Network for the entirety of the 2025-26 regular season and playoffs — no matter if you choose Hulu + Live TV or YouTube TV.
If you want to get NFL Sunday Ticket so you can watch out-of-market games, going with YouTube TV is the smart play here, since viewers get a discount on Sunday Ticket if they bundle. If you want free access to the ESPN+-exclusive game this year, go with Hulu + Live TV, since plans include the Disney Bundle at no additional cost.
Number of months needed: 6
Price per month: $83
Price of Hulu + Live TV or YouTube TV for season: $498
How much will it cost to stream out-of-market games?
NFL Sunday Ticket is the only outlet that carries out-of-market games for the 2025-26 NFL season, offering all such games on Sunday afternoons from both CBS and Fox. YouTube TV subscribers who sign up for Sunday Ticket will have to pay an additional $378 for the entire season, while viewers who don’t need a live TV streamer alongside Sunday Ticket will have to pay $480.
NFL Sunday Ticket will cost you the full amount for a season’s worth of service, as you will not be able to cancel your subscription once you sign up, even if you are on a monthly plan.
Cost of NFL Sunday Ticket for entire season: $378 (with YouTube TV), $480 (without YouTube TV)
Which streamers do you need for exclusive games?
Prime Video
You will need five months of Prime Video in 2025 — four for “Thursday Night Football” games during the regular season (including one contest on Christmas), and one for the exclusive playoff game that Prime Video will offer once again this year. Most customers get Prime Video included as part of their larger Amazon Prime membership, but the cheapest plan to get just the video streamer with ads is $9 per month.

Price per month: $9
Price of Prime Video for entire 2025 NFL season: $45
Peacock
Peacock will exclusively stream an NFL contest in Week 17. Customers who live in the markets of the two teams playing will be able to watch on linear NBC, but everywhere else, the game will be a streaming-only affair. That means completists will need one month of Peacock to watch this contest live, and if they keep their Peacock subscription longer, they can watch every “SNF” game of the season on the service as well.
The cheapest way to get Peacock on a monthly plan is to go with the ad-supported Premium tier, which will cost $8. You’ll only need one month of Peacock service if you want to watch this exclusive NFL contest, thankfully.

Price per month: $8
Price of Peacock for 1 month: $8
Netflix
Netflix is serving up a Christmas Day doubleheader once again in 2025. Like Peacock’s exclusive game, the contests between the Dallas Cowboys and Washington Commanders and the Detroit Lions vs. Minnesota Vikings will only be available on linear TV in the respective markets of the teams playing.
The cheapest Netflix plan is its Standard with Ads offering, which comes to $8 per month. This will carry both NFL games, and you’ll only need it for a month if all you’re after is live football.
Number of months needed: 1
Price per month: $8
Price of Netflix for 1 month: $8
ESPN+
As mentioned above, when the new ESPN streamer launches this fall, ESPN+ will be available via the streamer’s select plan. ESPN+ currently costs $12 per month, which is the same price as ESPN select, so the exclusive contest between the Seahawks and Texans will be available for $12 for fans who want access to it, regardless of how they sign up. That’s the only ESPN+ exclusive game planned for 2025, so you’ll only need the service for a month.
Number of months needed: 1
Price per month: $12
Price of ESPN+ for 1 month: $12
YouTube
The last streaming service on our list that will offer an exclusive NFL game in 2025 is YouTube. This streamer is carrying an opening-week game on Friday, Sept. 5 between the Los Angeles Chargers and the Kansas City Chiefs, but the good news is it will be completely free to stream for all customers. It won’t add to your cost to stream the entire NFL season, but it its good to remember that you’ll need to have the YouTube app updated on your TV.

Price of YouTube for 1 month: $0
Total cost
The total cost to stream every in-market and out-of-market NFL game of the 2025 NFL season comes out to $949, assuming you are a YouTube TV customer who bundles NFL Sunday Ticket to take advantage of the discount. That price also gets you access to every exclusive game on Prime Video, Netflix, Peacock, ESPN+, and YouTube.
If you don’t need to watch out-of-market games this year, we recommend going with the stack of Hulu + Live TV (which includes ESPN+), Netflix, Peacock, Prime Video, and YouTube. That total will come out $559 for the entire season, which is still expensive, but much less than it will cost you to tack NFL Sunday Ticket onto your budget.
Cost to stream every game for entire season: $949
