Get ready, college football fans, because this Saturday is the stuff we suffer through the entire seven-month offseason for. This weekend’s CFB slate is loaded with marquee ranked-vs.-ranked matchups, headlined by the last two national champions facing off, less than a year after their barnburner of a Big Ten Title Game. The No. 4 Ohio State Buckeyes will head west on I-70 to take on the No. 5 Indiana Hoosiers at Memorial Stadium in Bloomington at 12 noon ET on Fox.

From there, the Saturday slate is filled with ranked-vs.-ranked matchups like No. 8 BYU hosting No. 2 Notre Dame, No. 6 Alabama heading to Rocky Top to take on No. 14 Tennessee, No. 13 Missouri at No. 9 Ole Miss, and more. This weekend will not be for the faint of heart. So lock in for the full slate of gridiron action.

Everything you need to know about Week 7 of college football

What is the best streamer to watch college football?

In the expert opinion of the staff here at The Streamable, we think that the best option to stream college football in 2026 is DIRECTV. When it comes to offering the most channels in streaming, every live TV streaming service is chasing DIRECTV. To start, the streamer has the industry’s best guaranteed free trial. While others can roll out longer options depending on what time of year it is and what qualifications you meet as a customer, DIRECTV offers a five-day trial to all new users. So, if you want to give the platform a go before figuring out if you are ready to commit, you can watch the full weekend of action before paying a penny.

Of course, one of the things any fan needs to factor in when putting together streaming plans is what channels will be carrying their favorite team and conference’s games. Fortunately, the platform offers more of The Streamable’s top 35 cable channels than any other streamer, so if you are looking for a breadth of programming options, DIRECTV is a surefire hit.

What channels carry each conference’s games?

But what really makes DIRECTV stand out is its ability to offer a variety of compelling packages for football fans. DIRECTV offers a handful of skinny bundle Genre Packs that allow people to pick curated channel lineups around central themes and genres, and for sports fans, that means the MySports Pack.

The MySports plan runs $65 a month after the aforementioned five-day free trial, which gives you a way to check out everything that it has to offer before having to pay a penny. However, currently, you can also save an additional $15 off your first month, so you will only pay $50 for the first 30 days of the season.

You’ll also get a bunch of great sports channels with MySports, including ACC Network, Big Ten Network, ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNEWS, ESPNU, FS1, FS2, Golf Channel, MLB Network, NBA TV, NFL Network, NHL Network, SEC Network, TBS, TNT, and USA Network, and depending on your market, ABC, CBS, Fox, and NBC.

These channels bring you an incredible selection of games from across pro and college sports, and MySports also comes with a free ESPN Unlimited subscription. Pretty solid. All these channels and features are available for just $65, which is why it’s our favorite way to watch.

What is the top-25 Week 7 schedule?

If you are the type of college football fan who spends Saturdays cycling through four games at once, Week 7 was designed specifically for you. Six ranked-vs.-ranked matchups are on the schedule, beginning at 12 noon ET when No. 4 Ohio State visits defending national champion No. 5 Indiana on Fox. Then, the late afternoon window brings a pair of huge SEC games as No. 6 Alabama heads to Knoxville to face No. 14 Tennessee on ABC, while No. 13 Missouri visits No. 9 Ole Miss on SEC Network.

The fun continues into primetime, when No. 18 Oklahoma State visits No. 20 Houston on Fox and No. 2 Notre Dame heads to Provo for a top-10 showdown with No. 8 BYU on ABC. In other words, clear your schedule, charge the remote, pop the popcorn, ready your electrolytes, and make sure the multiview is ready to go. There is no reason to leave the couch this weekend.

What is the ACC Week 7 schedule?

The ACC schedule features one of college football’s best annual rivalry games, as Florida State heads south to take on undefeated No. 3 Miami on ESPN at 7 p.m. ET. Before that, No. 24 SMU will try to stay in the conference race when Virginia visits Dallas on The CW at 12 noon ET, while North Carolina and Duke renew their rivalry on ESPN2 at 3:30 p.m. ET.

The late-night shift belongs to No. 21 Wake Forest, which will make the long trip west to face Cal on ESPN2 at 10:30 p.m. ET. If you’re still awake by then, you have earned the right to call yourself a college football sicko.

What is the Big 12 Week 7 schedule?

The Big 12 has a pair of ranked matchups in primetime, but the biggest game involving a conference team comes with an independent visitor. No. 8 BYU will put its perfect record on the line when No. 2 Notre Dame comes to Provo. The game will air on ABC at 7:30 p.m. ET.

At the same time, No. 18 Oklahoma State visits No. 20 Houston on Fox in a game with major Big 12 implications. Earlier Saturday, No. 10 Texas Tech will host Arizona State at 3:30 p.m. ET on Fox, while Kansas and Kansas State renew the Sunflower Showdown on FS1 at 12 noon ET.

What is the Big Ten Week 7 schedule?

It doesn’t get much better than the Big Ten’s first game on Saturday. No. 4 Ohio State heads to Bloomington for a showdown with No. 5 Indiana on Fox at 12 noon ET, giving the defending national champs another chance to prove that last year’s Big Ten Championship win wasn’t a fluke. The last two national champions enter Saturday with legitimate title aspirations, so this one could have ramifications well beyond the conference race.

There is plenty to watch in the Big Ten after that as well. Penn State visits Michigan on CBS at 3:30 p.m. ET, and No. 12 UCLA will try to remain undefeated when the Wisconsin come to the Rose Bowl on NBC at 7:30 p.m. ET. Friday night’s Washington-Purdue matchup gets the conference weekend started on Fox at 8 p.m. ET.

What is the SEC Week 7 schedule?

If you like ranked SEC teams beating up on each other, congratulations, this is your weekend. No. 6 Alabama visits No. 14 Tennessee for the Third Saturday in October on ABC at 3:30 p.m. ET, while No. 13 Missouri heads to Oxford at the same time to take on No. 9 Ole Miss on SEC Network.

The early window also features No. 16 Mississippi State visiting No. 22 LSU on ESPN and Florida trying to spoil No. 7 Texas’ return home after last week’s Red River loss. And if that isn’t enough, top-ranked Georgia hosts the Auburn at 3:30 p.m. ET on ESPN. There aren’t many soft spots on this week’s SEC schedule.

Other notable Week 7 games

Friday night’s Memphis-Tulane matchup is probably the best game outside of the Power Four this weekend, with the two American contenders meeting on ESPN at 7:30 p.m. ET. Saturday also gives us Navy visiting UTSA on ESPNU at 8 p.m. ET, while UNLV heads to Colorado Springs to take on the Air Force at 3:30 p.m. ET on CBS Sports Network.

There is also plenty for the late-night crowd. Washington State and Oregon State renew their Pacific Northwest rivalry on USA Network at 6 p.m. ET, while Fresno State visits the San Diego State on CBS Sports Network at 10:30 p.m. ET.

What channels and streamers carry college football?

With each college conference divvying up their broadcast rights for the highest bidders, it can be incredibly convoluted to try and figure out what channels carry college football, and what streamers carry what channels. So, while our recommendation is to go with DIRECTV, when you are making your streaming selection, make sure that the platform you go with provides access to all of the channels you will need to catch the games you want to see.
