Feeling a bit competitive, but can’t hit the gym? Take the edge off with the competition series “Making the Cut” hosted by Heidi Klum and Tim Gunn on Amazon Prime Video or “Be Our Chef,” hosted by Angela Kinsey on Disney+.

If you just can’t peel yourself away from Netflix, “Ozark” is now back for a third season so you don’t have to compromise. And for the parents out there who just need their restless tots to take a breather, there’s also Cartoon Network’s “Steven Universe” airing at 7:45 p.m. ET tonight.
