Final “The Lord Of The Rings: The Rings Of Power” Season 2 Trailer Out Now
Evil reveals itself. Ahead of its premiere, Prime Video has released the final trailer for Season 2 of “The Lord Of The Rings: The Rings Of Power.” The big-budget high fantasy series is set thousands of years before the events of J.R.R. Tolkien’s original “Lord of the Rings” trilogy during the fabled Second Age of Middle-earth’s history. Per the official Season 2 logline, after being cast out by Galadriel without army or ally, Sauron has returned, and the rising Dark Lord must now rely on his cunning to rebuild his strength and oversee the creation of the Rings of Power. The second season will reportedly build to the Siege of Eregion, a deadly and definitive battle in Tolkien’s history of the Second Age of Middle-earth that marked the beginning of the War of the Elves and Sauron.

Now, as Netflix works on building up its wrestling catalog ahead of its January 2025 debut of WWE's “Monday Night Raw,” both seasons will come to Netflix next month on Sunday, Sept. 15.

Hidden amongst the Faithful contestants are the Traitors, whose goal is to eliminate the other side and claim the prize for themselves. The Traitors can “murder” contestants one by one under the cover of darkness, but if the Faithful can fight back and banish all the Traitors before the end of the game, they’ll split the pot.
