About the 2024 Emmy Red Carpet
To kick things off at this year’s Emmy Awards, E! and ABC will both offer coverage of the ceremony’s red-carpet festivities. “Live From E!: Countdown to the Emmys” will begin at 5 p.m. ET, as Zuri Hall, Melissa Peterman, E! style correspondent Zanna Roberts Rassi and fashion designer Christian Siriano discuss the evening’s nominees and anticipate which fashion brands and trends will be on display.
At 6 p.m., Laverne Cox, comedian Heather McMahan and E! News’ Keltie Knight will begin interviewing the nominees, with an assist from Glambot, who will help capture the evening’s biggest fashion moments.
ABC’s red carpet coverage will begin at 7 p.m. ET when Robin Roberts ABC News correspondent Will Reeve will make the rounds with the biggest names that are likely to hear their names called once the awards begin. Roberts will also host a “20/20” special dubbed “The 76th Emmys: A Night of Firsts” on Friday, Sept. 13 at 8 p.m. ET.
About the 2024 Emmy Awards
For the first time in the history of the Emmy Awards, the ceremony will be hosted by a father-son duo.
