About ‘Halo’ Season 2 Premiere
Humanity’s war against the Covenant is going badly. Reach, one of humankind’s most important colonies is under threat, and if it is taken by the Covenant, there’s nothing to stop the aliens from reaching humanity’s greatest and most important stronghold of all: Earth. The Spartans are determined to ensure that doesn’t happen, but there are too few of them to stop the Covenant on their own.
That’s why Master Chief embarks on his quest to find the Halo in Season 2. He may not know what the so-called “sacred rings” can do, but his visions of the rings have continued, and he knows they’re his best chance to save his fellow humans. Armed with the advanced AI Cortana, John-117 will stop at nothing to track down the Halo he continues to see in his mind.
