Now that HBO Max is officially up and running, the never-ending question of what to watch is surely rearing its head again. With over 10,000 hours of content available, the search process can be quite daunting.

However, we’ve decided to start with the old and new. Below is a compilation of all the classics we know and love now available on the platform. From highly visible and anticipated shows such as “Friends” and “The Big Bang Theory,” to high school favorites such as “Gossip Girl” and “The O.C.,” HBO Max is looking to hook you with nostalgia.

For those who want an entirely fresh experience with the new platform, we’ve also listed all the new content available on the platform to supplement the nostalgia. The service is kicking off with a few originals — “Love Life,” “On the Record” and “Legendary” among others — and will be rolling out many more as the month of June unfolds.

Prior to the COVID-10 pandemic, parent company WarnerMedia aimed to have 31 original Max series by the end of 2020 and 50 by the end of 2021. However, with COVID-19 forcing productions to shutdown, that may change.
