About The Girl with the Needle

In the ravaged landscape of post-WWI Copenhagen, Karoline, a young woman working in a factory, grapples with abandonment and pregnancy as she strives to escape poverty's grasp. Her life takes an unexpected turn when she encounters Dagmar, a magnetic figure who operates a clandestine adoption agency from within the unassuming facade of a candy store. Dagmar offers a lifeline to impoverished mothers, providing a discreet service to find foster homes for their unwanted children. As Karoline navigates this precarious world, she must confront difficult choices and the complex ethical dilemmas that arise in a society grappling with its own scars.

How to stream with ExpressVPN

A VPN (Virtual Private Network) is an app that encrypts your internet connection and masks your IP address, allowing you to stream securely and bypass restrictions.

Why Use a VPN for Streaming?
