‘Home Alone’, ‘The Sandlot’, and ‘Sister Act’ Will Be Available on Disney+ At Launch

With less than 20 days until the launch of Disney+, there are still some surprises around exactly what will be available on the service when it launches on November 12th. Earlier this year, Disney acquired 21st Century Fox, which came with National Geographic, The Simpsons, and their collection of live-action family films.

In addition to films from Disney, Pixar, Star Wars, and Marvel — you’ll be able to watch “Home Alone”, “Home Alone 2: Lost In New York”, and “Home Alone 3”. Yes, that reaction on your face is identical to that of Kevin McCallister. But not only that, since the service carries films from Fox, Touchstone, and Hollywood Pictures, you will also get access family films like “The Sandlot”, “Diary Of A Wimpy Kid”, “Never Been Kissed”, “Sister Act”, and “Doctor Dolittle.”

And if that’s not enough, Disney is already working on a reboot of Home Alone for their streaming service.
