The 89th Heisman Trophy winner will be crowned this weekend, and history is on the line. Michael Penix can be the first player ever from the University of Washington to win the award. Bo Nix would be just the second Oregon Duck to win the award after Marcus Mariota won in 2014. Marvin Harrison Jr. would be just the second wide receiver in the last 20 years to win the Heisman and just the fifth non-QB over that span to win the award.
