One of the most glamorous events of the year is set to take place on Saturday, Nov. 18 from El Salvador as the 72nd Annual Miss Universe Competition will air on The Roku Channel in the United States. Women from more than 90 nations across six continents will all compete for the coveted sash and crown as well as an opportunity to champion their social cause on a global scale. The event takes place in the magical country of El Salvador, and Olivia Culpo and Jeannie Mai Jenkins return to the stage as hosts alongside Maria Menounos, with Catriona Gray and Zuri Hall serving as backstage correspondents. The show will comprise of a series of events designed to highlight the delegates’ poise and grace, including questions from the esteemed selection committee, a swimsuit showcase, and an evening gown competition, accompanied by a live performance by John Legend. The evening culminates with the current titleholder, R’Bonney Gabriel, crowning her successor.
