About 2024 NASCAR Shriners Children’s 500
The 2024 Shriners Children’s 500 is the fourth race of the 2024 NASCAR season, and the 54th race taking place at the Phoenix Raceway’s 1-mile, low-banked tri-oval track in Avondale, Arizona. Drivers must race 312 grueling laps (312 total miles) while navigating 8 degrees of banking over the first two turns, 11 degrees over turns three and four, with 3 degrees on the backstretch. While this race didn’t run last year, they did hold the United Rentals Work United 500, where William Byron gunned it past teammate Kyle Larson in overtime to take the event.
