The show returns for its 32nd season beginning this week, and the cast is eager to show off their moves in hopes of taking home the Mirrorball Trophy at the end of the competition. Ahead of the exciting premiere, the stars and their professional dance partners have been unveiled. Note that there is a scheduling change from prior seasons, so you won’t be able to watch the dance competition show on Mondays anymore. About ‘Dancing with the Stars’ Season 32 Premiere

This new season kicks off with an explosive group performance to Dua Lipa’s “Levitating.” Each pair will Cha Cha, Foxtrot, Jive, Salsa, or Tango their way onto the stage as the hot competition begins. Each week follows a theme, such as Disney or Motown, and the couples must select a song and learn a dance in hopes of wowing the judges as well as viewers at home. Viewers can vote for their favorite dancers in hopes of keeping them on the show.

Note that Matt Walsh and Koko Iwasaki were paired up, but he has since decided to take a break due to the ongoing writers’ strike. It’s unclear if he will be replaced ahead of the premiere.

Viewers said goodbye to host Tyra Banks as she went on to pursue other ventures. Hosting the exciting competition this season are Alfonso Ribeiro and Julianne Hough. After longtime fan-favorite judge Len Goodman retired and passed away, “DWTS” has opted to continue the show with just three judges, including Derek Hough, Carrie Ann Inaba, and Bruno Tonioli.

In addition to airing live on both ABC and Disney+, the new episodes will be available to stream on-demand on Hulu the following day.
