The NFL has made its annual draft the absolute ruler of the late-April weekend it’s scheduled on. The draft takes place over the course of three days, and Rounds 4 through 7 of the 2024 NFL Draft will be held on Saturday, April 27 at 12 noon ET on ABC, ESPN and NFL Network. The first two days of the draft will feature the biggest names, but Day 3 will feature the unheralded players who make up the vast majority of NFL rosters. About 2024 NFL Draft - Day 3
The third day of the 2024 NFL Draft will feature Rounds 4 through 7. Teams will have four minutes to get their picks in during the course of the day, and the last portion of the draft is where NFL squads like to dig for players with fantastic potential or eye-dazzling traits who have not put their full talent on film over the course of their college careers.
ABC will offer a simulcast of ESPN’s draft coverage on Day 3. Its team of analysts will include longtime draft expert Mel Kiper Jr., Louis Riddick, Field Yates, Matt Miller and Rece Davis, and Kiper will give his instant grades for each team’s draft class along with an explanation of his assessment following the end of the day’s action.
NFL Network will roll out a coverage team of Rich Eisen, Daniel Jeremiah, Charles Davis and Peter Schrager alongside insider Ian Rapoport for the third day of the 2024 NFL Draft. Coverage of Round 4 will be preceded by “NFL Draft Kickoff” starting at 10 a.m. ET, and “NFL Total Access” will begin immediately following the draft’s conclusion on Saturday.
