About ‘Heist 88’
Criminal genius Jeremy Horne (Courtney Vance) is going to prison. The charismatic thief’s life has finally caught up with him, but before he’s put behind bars he wants to pull one last big job. To help him, Horne convinces four bank employees to assist in the theft of more than $80 million, an assault that could bring the entire banking system of the U.S. to its knees.
Bree Barnes (Keesha Sharp) is Jeremy’s love interest, an experienced criminal with a sharp mind and a talent for deception. Buddha Ray (Keith David), Marshall King (Bentley Green), Rick Windom (Nican Robinson) and LaDonna Sanders (Precious Way) are the employees-turned-robbers who have decided they’ve been held down in their careers long enough, and want to make their mark on the world even if they land in jail too.
