The Steelers will be without starting quarterback Kenny Pickett when they face the Colts, as he needs another week to recover from ankle surgery. Gardner Minshew has been the go-to guy since Oct. 8 when rookie QB Anthony Richardson suffered an AC joint sprain in his right (throwing) shoulder. He went on to have surgery that ended his season.
