Julia Louis-Dreyfus reunites with her “Enough Said” director Nicole Holofcener as Beth, a successful memoirist and creative writing teacher who has recently written her first novel. When Beth’s agent asks her for multiple revisions, Beth begins to doubt her work but is reassured by her loving husband, Don (Tobias Menzies), a therapist who is self-conscious about aging and struggles with his patients’ problems. But after Don confesses to Beth’s brother-in-law that he doesn’t actually like Beth’s novel and she accidentally overhears the conversation, her faith in their relationship is shaken.

In addition to Louis-Dreyfus and Menzies, the cast includes Michaela Watkins, Arian Moayed, Owen Teague, Jeannie Berlin, Amber Tamblyn, David Cross, Zach Cherry, Sarah Steele, LaTanya Richardson Jackson, Sunita Mani, Deniz Akdeniz, Clara Wong, and more.

The film comes to Paramount+ after its 2023 Sundance Film Festival premiere and its theatrical release in May 2023.
