“Ricky Stanicky” stars Zac Efron, Andrew Santino, and Jermaine Fowler as Dean, JT and Wes, three life-long best friends. As kids the trio were epic troublemakers, and one day invented a fourth member of their gang named Ricky Stanicky to take the fall for all of their hijinks whenever they got caught.

The three friends soon fall into an “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it” strategy with Ricky Stanicky, using him to explain away their misdeeds for 22 years. But when their wives start to get suspicious about the existence of Mr. Stanicky, the friends decide that instead of simply coming clean, they should hire failed actor and raunchy celebrity impersonator “Rock Hard” Rod (John Cena) to embody the fictional Ricky. What could go wrong with that plan?
