The NFC Wild Card Playoffs conclude on Monday Night Football when the Tampa Bay Buccaneers host the Philadelphia Eagles from Raymond James Stadium on Monday, Jan. 15 with kickoff at 8 p.m. ET. Quarterback Jalen Hurts put up 3,858 passing yards, 23 touchdowns, and 15 interceptions during the regular season. Hurts also came up big on the ground, rushing for 605 yards and 15 touchdowns. D’Andre Swift led the team in rushing yards with 1,049 yards (fifth in the NFL) and five scores. A.J. Brown, despite a knee injury, ended the season with 106 catches (eighth), 1,456 receiving yards (fifth), and seven touchdown catches (tied for 18th).

The Buccaneers won the NFC South with a 9-8 record. Their defense, led by Antoine Winfield Jr., who was named the NFC Defensive Player of the Week for his performance in Week 18, has been a strong point, keeping teams to just 19.1 points per game, which ranks sixth in the NFL. Quarterback Baker Mayfield has thrown for 4,044 yards with 28 touchdowns and 10 interceptions. Mike Evans is the top receiver with 1,255 yards (ninth in the NFL) and 13 touchdowns (tied for first), while Rachaad White leads the rushing attack with 990 yards (14th) and six scores. Jalen Hurts has been a dual threat all season long. He’s thrown for 3,858 passing yards (14th in the NFL) and 23 touchdowns (tied for 13th), while adding 605 rushing yards and 15 rushing touchdowns. He did suffer a dislocated right middle finger in Week 18 and was forced to leave the game against the Giants. But by all indications, he’s likely to play in the Wild Card game on Monday.

He’s throwing at a 64.3 percent completion rate and is coming off a 9-0 win over the Panthers where he went 20-for-32, tossing for 137 yards, with no TDs or interceptions. Mayfield is nursing a few injuries though, according to ESPN, and missed Thursday’s walkthrough with ankle and rib injuries. Keep an eye on his status heading into Monday.
