Something to Stream Every Day This Week; ‘Lawmen: Bass Reeves,’ ‘The Crown’ Finales, ‘Reacher’ S2 Premiere, More
Netflix’s longstanding drama “The Crown” is releasing its season finale this week, but what other new titles are coming to a streamer near you?
December is normally when scripted TV shows are winding down for a midseason break. There was nothing normal about the TV production schedule in 2023, however, as strikes by both the Writers Guild of America (WGA) and Screen Actors Guild, American Federation of Television and Radio Artists (SAG-AFTRA) knocked Tinseltown off its production schedule for more than 100 days.
Despite the irregularities, there are two series that are preparing to air their final episodes this week! Check out which two they are, and take in the rest of the list to find something new and exciting to stream each and every day until Sunday.

NFL Football: Pittsburgh Steelers vs. Indianapolis Colts | NFL Network, stream with a subscription to Sling TV
The AFC playoff picture is ridiculously tight. There are six AFC squads currently tied with a 7-6 record, and two of those teams are playing in this game. The Pittsburgh Steelers are sitting in the sixth AFC playoff seed at the moment, while the Indianapolis Colts are in the seventh seed.
Whichever team loses will find itself suddenly on the outside looking in, especially if the Houston Texans or Denver Broncos takes advantage and wins their Week 14 matchup to vault themselves into a wildcard spot. This contest could have huge implications on the NFL postseason, making it must-watch TV for any fan of the league.

‘Lawmen: Bass Reeves’ Season Finale | Paramount+
The newest series from the pen of Taylor Sheridan is about to wrap its first batch of episodes. “Lawmen: Bass Reeves” follows the story of the first Black Deputy U.S. Marshall west of the Mississippi River. Bass Reeves took in over 3,000 criminals during his tenure, most of them armed and dangerous.
The finale is sure to be the most explosive episode of the show yet and will wrap up the story of Bass Reeves for good. Each season of “Lawmen” is set to cover a different law enforcement officer in a different era, and there’s no knowing who will be featured on the show next season. Until then, “Lawmen” fans will have to content themselves with this excellent eight-episode arc.
