It’s the most wonderful time of the year for Hulu! Oct. 1 kicks off the streamer’s annual Huluween offerings with dozens of spine-tingling series and films added to the platform, from horror classics like Stephen King’s “It” to new Hulu Originals like “Appendage.”

If you on the squeamish side, Hulu hasn’t forgotten you and will be adding dozens more titles this month and streaming major season premieres the day after they air, including new season of “The Simpsons,” “Bob's Burgers,” and more.

“Appendage” | Monday, Oct. 2

Hulu’s latest original horror film “Appendage” joins the platform on Oct. 2 after its SXSW debut earlier this year. In it, Hannah, a young fashion designer who seems fine on the surface but secretly struggles with debilitating self-doubt begins to see her health decline and a ferocious growth emerge on her body. As The Appendage grows more power and fuels her anxieties, Hannah makes a shocking discovery. Hadley Robinson leads the cast with Kausar Mohammed and Emily Hampshire.

“The Simpsons” Season 35 Premiere | Monday, Oct. 2

“The Simpsons” will celebrate its 35th anniversary with an all-new season this month, premiering as part of Fox’s Animation Domination block on Sunday nights, followed by its Hulu premiere the following day. In the new season, fans can expect work woes from Homer, empty nest syndrome from Marge, and more. The long-running animated series has also already been renewed for a 36th season.

“Bob's Burgers” Season 14 Premiere | Monday, Oct. 2

Taking place after the events of “The Bob's Burgers Movie” (which is currently available on Hulu through Oct. 12), “Bob’s Burgers” is back for its 14th season. H. Jon Benjamin, Kristen Schaal, Dan Mintz, John Roberts, and Eugene Mirman continue their run as the burger-slinging Belcher family. The Fox animated series will also be back for a 15th season, having already received a renewal.

“The Boogeyman” | Thursday, Oct. 5

Director Rob Savage takes on Stephen King’s short story with the feature-length “The Boogeyman,” starring Sophie Thatcher, Chris Messina, Vivien Lyra Blair, and David Dastmalchian. The story follows high school student Sadie Harper (Thatcher), her younger sister Sawyer (Blair), and their father Will (Messina), who are all still reeling from the death of their mother and wife. When one of Will’s therapy patients unexpectedly shows up at their house seeking help, he brings with him a terrifying supernatural entity that preys on families and feeds on the suffering of its victims.

“Slotherhouse” | Sunday, Oct. 15

Creature comedy horror gets a new entry with “Slotherhouse.” In it, Emily (played by Lisa Ambalavanar ) adopts a three-toed sloth named Alpha with the goal of using it to gain votes to become the head of her sorority… that is, until the beloved pet soon turns and begins to kill the sorority girls one by one. The cast also stars Sydney Craven, Bianca Beckles-Rose, Olivia Rouyre, Sutter Nolan, and more.
