關於29+1

《29+1》改編自彭秀慧執導的香港大熱同名舞臺劇，主要講述即將進入三十歲的兩位女性，在面對大部分同齡女性都會面對的困擾時，選擇了截然不同的人生態度。 　　一個是即將踏入三十歲的林若君，面對壓力升級的工作挑戰、雙親病重、仿如雞肋的愛情關係……突然來襲的這些不安，令她感到前所未有的恐懼。另一個同樣是即將迎來三十歲的黃天樂，卻永遠樂天知命，不為生活所困擾，身患癌症卻堅持環遊世界，尋找愛情，甚至從未因為微胖身型錯過美食。 　　她們互不認識，性格各異，因緣際會林若君卻搬進了黃天樂的家，沒想到二人竟是同年同月同日出生，林若君通過黃天樂的日記閱讀著對方人生點滴，兩個女子在空氣中互相融合，觀照，影響……到底是誰闖進了誰的世界？
