A huge day in sports — NFL, the World Series, El Clásico, and Premier League action — resulted in fuboTV seeing their most viewership ever. Nearly 170,000 unique viewers tuned into the service which was 21% higher than their previous all-time high (September 23rd).
The service just a few weeks ago announced that they were closing in on 250,000 paid subscribers — so a high percentage of those users tuned into the service yesterday.
fuboTV aired both El Clásico and Premier League in 4K as they continue to expand their 4K Beta.
Sports wasn’t the only contributor, as the service also saw gains from a new episode of The Walking Dead on AMC and the Ray Donovan season premiere on SHOWTIME.
The service peaked at nearly 100K concurrent streams at 1pm ET (during NFL Kick-Off and El Clásico), an 18% increase over the previous all-time high during the World Cup this summer.
