About ‘How to Date Billy Walsh’
“How to Date Billy Walsh” follows Archie and Amelia, two childhood best friends. They have been by each other’s side throughout many big milestones and everyday moments. Archie secretly has a crush on Amelia, but he’s not ready to admit it. Meanwhile, she’s eager to find love and experience the many firsts that come with a high school romance.
An American transfer student, Billy Walsh, arrives at their school when Archie is finally confident enough to express his feelings for Amelia. Before Archie has the opportunity to tell Amelia how he truly feels about her, she shows interest in Billy. Archie is stuck between being supportive of his best friend and her flourishing relationship and being heartbroken that he doesn’t get to date her. Though he tries to subtly keep them apart, their love finds a way. In the process, he ends up pushing Amelia away and may have to repair their longtime friendship.
