About ‘X-Men '97’ Season 1 Premiere
“X-Men ‘97” returns viewers to the world of the 1990s, when Professor X’s band of mutant heroes were sometimes all that stood between the world and its destruction. Humanity often fears and shuns these mutant protectors, but Beast, Cyclops, Storm, Jean Grey, Jubilee, Gambit and Wolverine will not let the prejudices of the society around them hinder them in their mission to defend the Earth and its inhabitants.
The show features many of the same voice actors that performed in the original series. Its cast includes Ray Chase as Cyclops, Jennifer Hale as Jean Grey, Alison Sealy-Smith as Storm, Cal Dodd as Wolverine, JP Karliak as Morph, Lenore Zann as Rogue, George Buza as Beast, AJ LoCascio as Gambit, Holly Chou as Jubilee, Isaac Robinson-Smith as Bishop, Matthew Waterson as Magneto and Adrian Hough as Nightcrawler.
