Goodbye February, hello March! Prime Video! This month, the Amazon streamer will add dozens of film titles to its library on the first of the month, including 1989’s “Field of Dreams” and “Bull Durham” for those with spring training fever.

For the rest of the month, Prime Video will premiere several of this year’s most anticipated features, including the new “Road House” remake starring Jake Gyllenhaal and Conor McGregor on March 21. (The original starring Patrick Swayze will also come to the streamer on March 1). John Cena will play make-believe for real in the long-awaited comedy “Ricky Stanicky” opposite Zac Efron, Andrew Santino, Jermaine Fowler. March also brings the second half “Invincible” Season 2, which returned after more than two years this past November.

Ricky Stanicky” | Thursday, March 7

The long-in-development comedy feature finally comes to life with Peter Farrelly at the helm.
Zac Efron, Andrew Santino, and Jermaine Fowler star as three best friends who have, since childhood, pinned their pranks on an imaginary friend named Ricky Stanicky. Now, 20 years later, their respective partners get suspicious when they use their fictitious friend as an alibi and demand to finally meet the legend, and the trio must hire washed-up actor and raunchy celebrity impersonator “Rock Hard” Rod (John Cena) to bring him to life. William H. Macy, Lex Scott Davis, and Anja Savcic also star.

Invincible” Season 2, Part 2 | Thursday, March 14

The hit adult animated series led by Steven Yeun as the title teenage superhero continues its second season this month with a new episode on March 14 with the remaining episodes released weekly after that. The final four episodes will wrap up the threads of the long-awaited first half, with Invincible/Mark and Omni-Man/Nolan (J.K. Simmons)’s reunion cut short after the elder Grayson was captured and taken back to Viltrum. Back on earth, Debbie (Sandra Oh) continues to heal from her relationship with Nolan, and Donald (Chris Diamantopoulos) has something to prove. The voice cast also includes Zazie Beetz, Grey DeLisle, Walton Goggins, Gillian Jacobs, Jason Mantzoukas, Ross Marquand, Khary Payton, Zachary Quinto, Andrew Rannells, Kevin Michael Richardson, and Seth Rogen with “Better Call Saul” star Rhea Seehorn joining the cast for the second half of Season 2.

Frida” | Thursday, March 14

Covering over 40 years, the intimate documentary dives deeper into the life and work of iconic artist Frida Kahlo than any previous project has, with unrestricted access to research materials including her famed illustrated diary, revealing letters, essays, and candid print interviews. Acclaimed editor Carla Gutiérrez (“RBG”) makes her feature directorial debut as she and her team of Latine artists and artisans bring Frida’s world back to life through her own words.

The joint half-hour special with Freevee brings audiences to the table of James Beard award-winning chef, trailblazer, and philanthropist José Andrés as he and special guests Jamie Lee Curtis, Bryan Cranston, and O’Shea Jackson Jr. share stories in the kitchen and get their hands dirty with Spanish-influenced recipes.

“Tig Notaro: Hello Again” | Tuesday, March 26

One Mississippi” creator and star Tig Notaro returns to Amazon for an all-new hour of comedy, her first for Prime Video, filled with “delightfully awkward misunderstandings, health scares made hilarious, and family moments with her wife and children that are simultaneously sidesplitting and heartwarming.” This is the third streamer-produced special for the award-winning comedian after 2018’s “Happy to Be Here” (Netflix) and 2021’s “Drawn” (Max).
