About Hotel Cocaine
Set against the backdrop of late 1970s Miami, the narrative follows Roman Compte, a Cuban exile who navigates the treacherous waters of the city as the general manager of the Mutiny Hotel. This establishment serves as the glittering heart of a burgeoning narcotics empire, acting as a high stakes crossroads for celebrities, politicians, and dangerous kingpins. Roman must balance his professional responsibilities with the increasing demands of law enforcement and the violent whims of the cocaine trade. The series paints a vivid picture of an era defined by decadence and danger, reimagining the Mutiny Hotel as a modern day Casablanca fueled by white powder. As Roman strives to protect his family and his future, he becomes an essential player in a game where the rules are rewritten every night under the glow of disco balls.
