DEAL ALERT: Fubo Offering New Subscribers $20 off Any Plan For First Month

The offer marks the latest in a string of excellent offers from Fubo.

The tinkerers at Fubo are deep in their bag of tricks this week! Just days after releasing a couple of truly excellent deals to the public, Fubo is modifying its bargains into a bit of a different configuration. Don’t worry though, there are still great savings available for new subscribers.

New users who sign up for Fubo can take $20 off any subscription plan they desire for their first month of service. Even with the regional sports network (RSN) fee that most customers will have to pay to watch Fubo, that still makes for one of the cheapest first-month offers of any live TV streaming service available. Not to mention, all new Fubo subscribers get a free trial to test the streamer out!

How to Get $20 off Any Fubo Plan

What Does a Fubo Subscription Bring You?

Fubo carries a wide variety of the top cable entertainment and news channels, including FX, Paramount Network, Hallmark Channel, and USA Network, as well as MSNBC and Fox News. Each plan carries 150 channels or more (depending on your location), and nearly all the top media markets get access to ABC, CBS, NBC, and Fox with their Fubo subscription.

Where Fubo stands out from its competitors is the number of live sports channels it carries. RSNs from Bally Sports are available for Fubo subscribers, making it one of the few live TV streaming services that carries those networks and unlocking NHL and NBA games for users in Bally Sports markets. Fubo also carries Altitude, so Colorado sports fans don’t have to miss out on Denver Nuggets or Colorado Avalanche games.

Fubo steps up the features it offers in each plan at various price points. Users who upgrade to the Elite plan will get all the benefits of a Pro subscription, including 1000 hours of cloud DVR, and they can add the ability to stream in 4K. Ultimate subscribers also get 4K viewing for some events, and they also get Showtime included in their channel lineup.

The Latino plan is fantastic for Spanish-language viewers, as it carries 50+ channels and includes 250 hours of DVR to record and watch titles on-demand!

Fubo’s engineers may be constantly looking for new ways to offer their service, but that usually translates to great bargains for potential Fubo users. This week, new Fubo subscribers get to take $20 off their plan no matter which tier of service they choose.

Fubo

Fubo is a live TV streaming service with about 90 top channels that start at $79.99 per month. This plan includes local channels, 19 of the top 35 cable channels, and regional sports networks (RSNs). In total, you should expect to pay about $91.99 per month, after adding in their RSN Fee. Fubo was previously known as “fuboTV.”

The streaming service does not carry channels from WarnerMedia-owned (CNN, TBS, and TNT), A+E (A&E, History Channel, and Lifetime), and AMC Networks (AMC, BBC America, and WE tv). So, in our experience, if you are looking to watch the NBA, which heavily plays on TBS and TNT, you may want to look at another live TV streaming provider.

But for other sports fans, especially those who want to stream local sports, Fubo is a great option in our opinion. They recently announced adding Bally Sports RSNs to their channel lineup and it is the least expensive option to get RSNs in many markets like Altitude, AT&T Sports, Fox Sports, Marquee, MSG, NBC Sports, and NESN. (Take a look at the full list of Fubo’s sports channels.)

Fubo also includes MLB Network, NBA TV, NFL Network, NFL RedZone , NHL Network, and beIN Sports (which is not available on most services). You can add Fox Soccer Plus as part of the International Sports Plus add-on for $6/month.

You can add the fubo Extra ($8) to add ~37 channels including GSN.
