Watch a Huge Selection of Live Sports For Less Than $30 With This Bundle

Viewers will be able to watch NFL football, college football and basketball and much more with this bundle.

Streaming seems to be getting more and more expensive, especially for fans of live sports. As leagues continue to sign mega-deals like the NBA’s recent 11-year, $76 billion agreement with ESPN, NBC, and Amazon, the cost inevitably makes its way down to consumers and forces viewers to pay an ever-higher price to watch the games that used to be free. That’s why The Streamambe wants to help; I’ll use my expertise to help sports fans craft a streaming bundle that includes access to a wide range of top sports for less than $30 per month, so viewers can keep an eye on their favorite team and their wallet at the same time.

What’s In This Cheap Sports Streaming Bundle?

ESPN+

ESPN+ offers more than 20,000 sports events every year, including those from top sports leagues.

This bundle starts with ESPN+, which offers tens of thousands of live sporting events per year. ESPN+ currently costs $11 per month, but will jump to $12 monthly starting Oct. 17.

Even with the price increase though, ESPN+ is a cornerstone of this combo. Highlights on the streamer include occasional simulcasts of “Monday Night Football,” college football from the SEC, Big 12, ACC and other conferences, every out-of-market NHL game via NHL Power Play, WNBA games, UFC Pay-Per-View events, and on-demand content like the famed ESPN series “30 for 30.”

Once college basketball season rolls around, ESPN+ will offer more than 5,000 men’s and women’s games, including contests from the NCAA Women’s Basketball Tournament. It also includes a huge amount of soccer, from the German Bundesliga to contests from the National Women’s Soccer League. Even with the upcoming price increase, ESPN+ is a must-have in every sports streaming bundle.

Price: $11 per month, rising to $12 on Oct. 17

Peacock

Peacock carries Sunday Night Football, college sports like Big Ten Football and basketball and much more.

If there were an awards pantheon for on-demand streaming services carrying live sports, Peacock would definitely get the silver medal after watching ESPN+ capture the gold. Peacock has a huge amount of live sports available, starting with weekly live simulcasts of “Sunday Night Football” on NBC.

You’ll have to go with the Peacock ad-supported plan for $8 per month if you want to keep the total cost of this bundle under $30. But there’s no extra cost for watching sports on Peacock, and boy will you get plenty for that price.

In addition to “SNF,” viewers will be able to stream Big Ten football and basketball, Notre Dame Fighting Irish football, Big East basketball, PGA golf tournaments, NASCAR races, English Premier League soccer, horse racing, cycling, swimming, track and field and a lot more with a Peacock subscription.

If you keep your Peacock subscription until fall 2025, you’ll also be able to stream NBA regular season games on the service. Then, every two years, you will get access to the Olympics. That means in just 16 months, you will be able to stream every event of the 2026 Winter Olympics. That’s a gobsmacking amount of live sports for only $8 per month, and of course you’ll be able to stream other titles in the Peacock library like the new original series “Teacup,” old favorites like “The Office” and more.

Price: $8 per month

Prime Video

Prime Video offers Thursday Night Football, WNBA basketball, NWSL soccer and combat sports.

Prime Video is next on the list, and once again the NFL takes center stage. With Prime Video you’ll get access to every “Thursday Night Football” game of the season, as the streamer is the exclusive way to watch national broadcasts of “TNF.”

But Amazon continues to bolster the amount of sports programming on Prime Video. The streamer carries more than 20 National Women’s Soccer League games per season, WNBA games including the Commissioner’s Cup final, Premier Boxing Champions bouts, and more. Starting in 2025, Prime Video will also host NBA regular season games as well as NASCAR Cup Series races.

Like Peacock, viewers will have to stick with the ad-supported Prime Video plan at $9 per month to stay under $30 total. But that subscription price also unlocks Prime Video’s on-demand catalog, stuffed with originals like “The Boys” and “Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power.”

Price: $9 per month

Free Live Sports

Free Live Sports carries an eclectic mix of live sporting event fans can watch at no cost.

Free Live Sports is a new streaming service that delivers exactly what it promises: live sporting events that fans can watch on its ad-supported platform at no cost. Free Live Sports launched earlier this month, and comes with nearly 70 free ad-supported streaming TV (FAST) channels.

Big-name sports leagues aren’t available to watch live on Free Live Sports, but that’s what the paid subscriptions above are for. Free Live Sports offers biking, combat sports, snow sports, auto racing, surfing and other extreme sports, poker, cricket, soccer, and more.

More than 30 additional channels are coming to Free Live Sports at the end of October, helping to boost its inventory even further. It’s the perfect way to round out a bundle that’s already packed with live sports options, so fans never have to worry about turning on their TV and not having a new sporting event to watch.

Bottom Line

This bundle will provide access to a huge amount of live sporting events, including NFL and NHL games and a huge swath of college sports programming along with much more in 2024. In 2025, it will welcome the NBA. And best of all, it accomplishes all this at a monthly price of $29 (once ESPN+ raises rates on Oct. 17). It’s a fantastic way to stream a huge variety of live sporting events without demolishing your budget.

Total Cost: $29 per month after Oct. 17, 2024
